Alumni gave back to their old schools in increasing numbers and our alumni programs grew.

Tracking our achievements since Ourschool began in 2017

Ourschool started in 2017, creating and road-testing our program in a small pilot of nine schools. Since then, we’ve achieved the following key outcomes* working with our city and regional partner schools:

149,770+ students in our alumni career pathways sessions
1,460+ alumni career partner sessions held in our partner schools
3,580+ alumni volunteers took part in these sessions
19,800+ alumni connected to their schools and the program
408+ student work experience placements offered by alumni
50+ alumni provided philanthropic support to their old schools, including scholarships
Creating local jobs at public schools: 30+ alumni program coordinator jobs created
